How do I know I am buying a well-built home?
Everyday a member of our team checks on each and every one of our homes, from the lot-stake out to the installation of light fixtures. All our team members ensure our homes meet or exceed today’s safety and building standards. Your “Certified Master Builder” is on site every day.

Now that I have done my homework and have decided to build my home with Marcson, what do I do?
The first thing to do is to visit your banker so that you can be pre-approved for a mortgage amount. Our sales professionals will be glad to help you find a mortgage representative, if you don’t already have one. Please feel free to use our mortgage calculator to figure out what your mortgage payment will be.
Does Marcson Homes have homes available to view and or move into immediately?

What is Marcson Homes build time?
Our homes can be built anywhere from 6 months to 9 months within the City of Edmonton. We have built homes recently within this time frame but build time is often out of the builders control due to weather, availability of labor and materials so these times are subject to change. Please check with one of our Sales Consultants for a more accurate estimate of build times.
