My family and I moved into our beautiful house 6 years ago. Still love it. Marcson Homes was a very good company to deal with. All deficiencies were addressed in good time frame. We didn't have any major issues like I heard from people who used different builders. I found a couple minor things while renovating my basement . Even though warranty was expired, Marcson Homes fixed them for me with no charge.
